Question/Assistance with P1531 Cam adjust bank

Good day all, I have a 97 that has thrown cell P1531.

I have cleared and driven for 5k miles then Cell P1531 again.
3>5 k miles and again P1531.

When the Code is set the the car is being driven hard with high rpm shifts and bouncing around on rough back road.

So I would like to check the Solenoid wiring and connections 1st before I dig in to replace the solenoid and actuator.

Can someone describe/picture where the connections is to the solenoid, (I know its on passenger side, top? underneath? where should I look and what DC volts should be on it when engaged?

Thanks in advance.
