We have not driven the car as we didn't want to cause further damage.
I don't recall any tick prior but there may have been be a slight one?
It shifts through the gears smoothly. A little stiffer/crisper than before but I assumed it was because of the new parts and being nice and tight.
When shifting in neutral you do hear noise from the transmission but as I recall it is the same
as before the repairs.
I used a big screw driver as a stethoscope and when listening on the driver side at the very
back closer to the top is where it is the loudest.

On a side note once we heard the noise We have not driven the car as we didn't want to cause damage.

I hope this will give someone the insight to what my problem is.

Bart
