Horn failure

My horn does not work. Checked the fuses. Looked good but changed it anyway.
Next step is to open the steering wheel connection and just see if there is a connection issue. Will disconnect battery first. Never had an airbag go off. I would imagine it's pretty cool. Then check connections. Any advice on that?

After that, I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions, let me hear 'em. Thanks.

The horn relay is in the relay box in the drivers side. Hit the horn and listen for the click. No click means the relay has failed, or the wire under the air bag has broken. A click but no meep means the horns themselves have failed. The horns are under the front plastic fascia at the front right of the car and frequently fail. I got fed up and installed air horns. Got the chance to use them the other day as a young kid pulled through a stop sign while texting directly into my path of travel. The look on her face was priceless as she looked up from her phone and stopped cold.
