Has anyone put 928 manholes (slots) on a 986?

I'm going for a kind of retro look. I've seen phonies on a 986, but not manholes. GIS turned up zilch.

Anyone?

Would the offset work? The 944 offset is wrong, I can't recall the 928 of the top of my head. I think the chrome ones would look pretty good.

928 offset for manholes is 65mm.
They are mostly 16x7. There are some 16x8 floating around on occasion.

If the phone dials work, the manholes will work; they both came off the 928.

I don't have a set of manholes, that's why I was checking. I guess I'll have to photoshop it.

I assumed you did because of your time on the shark boards. I wonder if any other classic times would fit and look good.
