You need to remove the carpet section behind the seats. Underneath the carpet is a silver metal panel with about 10 (10mm socket) bolts and a couple of nuts. Remove the panel, and you will be staring at the tensioner. It takes a 24mm or a 15/16" wrench to remove the tension (it is spring loaded, so take care when doing this job).
