Not to bump the tread with something somewhat unrelated.

The CEL has been out ever since with a few long distance drives since then, I guess it was some fluke.

But I still get the deceleration vibration around 3k i searched around and everyone points to motor mount. I haven't noticed much of a clunk under hard acceleration but I'm more of one to roll on the throttle anyways rather than stab it. I've noticed that there is a rattle at idle too, not a tick or anything internal but a loud large hunk of metal on metal sort of rattle at idle sometimes only noticeable from outside the car. Anyways I'm going to get up under the car and look at the mount tomorrow.

What are the other symptoms of a failing mount?

(I read somewhere that it can cause shifting issues, I've been stuck in 5th twice and third once, all separated over several months from some sleeve falling down on the linkage, I fixed it permanently with a pin, however I'm thinking I just fixed a symptom to a bigger issue now.)
