The vibration you feel is almost certainly the motor mount
failing. Mine failed around 60-65k miles and now I have 98k on the car and it is needing replacing again. I have noticed that instead of having to buy the entire motor mount like I originally did, vendors have started selling the bushings that can be pressed in after the old one is removed....costs a little less than half what a new mount costs I think.
