Option Codes

So it looks like my car may have been upgraded with the sports package option from the 996. otherwise i have no clue why someone would write 014 near the option codes. i believe the 8404 is the radio code as i have what looks to be an upgraded Porsche stock radio with nav.

Is there anyway for me to check if i have 996 parts on my car?

Garage
Perhaps a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche could flush out the details?

The 14 is probably the wheel lock number in the set the technician once used to rotate the tires. Saves him having to find your lock or go through his entire set again.

I've seen it noted that way before.
