If you would like used parts, check with Woody (user name itsnotanova) Here's his for sale thread:
http://986forum.com/forums/boxster-parts-sale-wanted/52469-parting-out-whole-lot-boxsters.html
Those parts are also available on eBay and I have some tucked away in a box somewhere I can find if you can't get them elsewhere.

Here's a link to a parts catalog from Porsche that anyone working on these cars should get: http://www.porsche.com/all/media/pdf/originalparts/usa/986_USA_KATALOG.pdf
Here's the diagram you need to look at around page 316:

I don't have the part number but my local dealer had it for me in two days, it is not expensive, pretty sure it was right around $60 but I ordered other parts for my Audi from same Porsche/Audi dealer at the same time

Yes, that looks to be the correct part to me.

Also be sure that the broken arm did not tear the foam drip tray below the arm. If it did, you must make sure it is repaired or replaced or water will seep into the car behind the seats whenever the car gets wet. You can't wait on that, especially if it is on the drivers side as there are costly electronics under the drivers seat that will be quickly ruined.
