Yes, that looks to be the correct part to me.

Also be sure that the broken arm did not tear the foam drip tray below the arm. If it did, you must make sure it is repaired or replaced or water will seep into the car behind the seats whenever the car gets wet. You can't wait on that, especially if it is on the drivers side as there are costly electronics under the drivers seat that will be quickly ruined.
