i broke something that i think is not fixable

as silly as it sounds breaking these things is such a pain in the ass:








it's where you screw the two visor torx screws which ultimately hold the top in place as thats where it hooks up on the sides.
i might have tightened it too much i dont know..


is this even fixable? how do you even get those out they look like they were put there when the chassis was put together.

any ideas on what can i do to make it stay in place? right now i have electrical tape on the screws just so they dont fall out and that visor corner is sagging a bit plus i feel there is more vibration from the top.


any help would be appreciated guys.
