I know the Suncoast Porsche 2DIN radio mounting kit comes with adapters for Bose systems but as far as the factory CD changer, no answer. I would suspect the answer is NO but check with Pioneer (800) 421-1404 They're in Long Beach, CA so Pacific Daylight Savings Time zone.
