Question on tires for first HDPE

PaulE Registered User Join Date: Jan 2014 Location: New Jersey Posts: 1,631	Thanks, this is going to be my first HDPE. I'll be in the green group and only driving with an instructor. From what I understand, the instructor will drive me around for a few laps in the first session and after that, I'll be driving with the instructor as my passenger for the rest of the sessions. I'm not envisioning that I'll be driving to the point where my tires will be slipping, so should I expect they will wear that much?
