Porsche Care in Atlanta, GA

Hey guys, I'm looking for your personal experiences and insight on the best places to take your Boxster/other Porsches in Atlanta if you have the money to spend. Not quite interested in paying the inflated dealership prices, rather 3rd party shops.

I want to have a list of go-to places on file for the following services:

General Mechanic,

Paint and Body,

Electronics/Radio systems,

Washing and Detailing/waxing

Thanks for all the help.

For paint and body I like Hot Wheels in Marietta. I have nothing to offer on the other categories you listed other than to say never.......ever......go to Automobile Atlanta. You have been warned.

Franz Blam Racing in Tucker is excellent and a fair business to deal with. They can do anything from general maintenance to gearbox and engine rebuilds.

Solo Motorsports did my clutch and IMS. Reasonably priced, quick and good work.

On the northside of Atlanta there are several places.........RS Motorworks in Dunwoody did my 30k service and my IMS bearing. In Alpharetta/Cumming there's German Auto Repair. I have received good service from both places.
