Hodan - buy the one from Pelican and have it shipped to the border and drive the 45min and pick it up.... toss it in your backseat without the box and bring it to the guy I sent you the information for and within a couple hours your issue will be solved. You will have saved 50% and you know you will be fine for many many years to come! Start listening to people who are trying to help bro.

I'm afraid to get flamed but... Pelican has an OE supplier one for $189 and a Porsche genuine part for $408. Porsche doesn't make this stuff, isn't it possible that they are the exact same thing?

The OEM supplier one is the Porsche one. Just like the Porsche oil filter is just a hengst filter. No one is going to flame you for that. He was trying to either buy a used tank or a knock off one from ebay. That's not advisable.
