eBay LED crapfest headlights straight from Taiwan, $995 (don't do it).
The best option for price and performance, decent used clear halogens retrofitted with Fred's GT Projectors. His kit runs around $400 on top of the cost of headlights and aren't currently available, but they look and perform great.
You could also opt for a run-of-the-mill projector kit for around $100-$150. They don't look or perform as good as Fred's, but still much better than halogen.
Those are your options for getting rid of the amber.
