19X10 ET 37 on 986S rear?

I've got a 2001S and am currently drooling over some 19" wheels that have a 2.5" lip but only a 37 offset.

It looks like folks successfully run 40 offset 10" rears from other P cars, but the offset doesn't tell me how wide those wheels are from the hub to the outer rim. I'd plan to run Michelin Pilot Sport tires in 265/30/19 for the rear if I get these.

I'm wondering would this slightly less than 40 offset and 2.5" lip would clear the fenders?

Anyone have a setup like this on a 986?
