Thumbs up Just brought home my "new" 03 S

Howdy all-

1st post- sayin hi.

Found this Tripple blue S, 20k miles and had to have it. Ive been searching for the right one at the right price and Im glad I waited...

and beside my beloved EVO VIII I gave up to get it..

I think Im made the right choice.

Oh yeah- a quick question.. how can I set it so that I see the 1st post of the thread first, instead of the last post?

Nice. I don't think I've seen triple blue. You can adjust your preference for viewing in either the blue menu always at the top: Quick line ->Edit Options->Thread Display Mode. Or when viewing a thread, there's another menu at the top of the thread. Make a choice under Display Modes.

subgraphic - very nice - i also bought my new 05 from Hoehn in Feb - started the process on an 04 S but couldn't hit a price i was happy with, then they offered the 05, which was left over new inventory, at a killer price, couldn't pass it up! hoehn is in the perfect location for a boxster test drive - it's gotta increase their sales when you get to cruise the pch along the ocean on a test drive - brilliant!

who was your salesperson?

welcome to the forum and congrats on the car!

sub-graphic - did you trade your EVO at Hoehn? If so, did you get a fair amout? They really low balled me on my Beetle, so I ended up hanging on to it to sell privately.

Congrats! Nice color, too. I'm sure you will enjoy driving the Box and obsessing over it too, as we all do.

Ok, follow me. Find the box above in the header called "quick links". Click on that. A drop down menu will appear. Go to "Edit Options". Click on that. A page will display. About half way down the page you will see a section titled, "Thread Display Mode". In that section you will see a drop down menu on the right. Click on it. Choose "Linear Oldest First". Go to the bottom of the page and click on "Save". Ta daaa! Oldest post first...just like the rest of the Porsche World!

Contrats, again. Good luck with your ride!

do they always keep that many Porsches parked outside of the dealership?

Nice color interior Boxster Red and Metropol Blue are my two favorites.

Thanks everyone, needless to say, I’m VERY happy!

They actually gave me full asking price for the EVO, and with my fiancée being in auto finance, she is the hammer that helped beat down the price. Hoehn gave me a great great deal, and was very nice to both of us. I guess the end of the month helped the deal a bit.
They are going a bit further and fixing a few things that they were not going to do.
As far as the location, it couldn’t be better for salesmen.. most people who walk up prolly can afford it, the cars all but sell themselves, and wow what a view.

We did the test driving and main deal making with Jason James, and the next day or so we wrapped it up with a very nice guy names Chris.

Hopefully I can contribute to the forum once I learn more about my car…

Oh and thanks for the help with the thread view options!
