Washing car towels,detailing towels etc.

Is it ok to throw ALL of your car towels in the washing machine at the same time? I have towels for everything I apply, Plexus, carnuaba wax, wheel cleaner you name it. Would I be alright if I throw about 15 towels, each from different applications, in the washing machine and then hang them out to dry?

That's exactly what I do with the following exceptions. I do not re-use tire towels that have brake dust all over them. I do not wash and re-use towels or rags that have been used to apply cleaning agents like metal polish, tire black or may contain solvents. I always wash polishing cloths, wax buffing towels, microfiber towels in HOT water, NO bleach, NO fabric softeners, extra rinse and they seem to do just fine. And I detail the car every weekend - weather permitting!
