Blue with big metal flake or Norton Fireflake blue
Or maybe a root beer metallic, or champagne pearl.

ORM. But then, I am a little biased. Lapiz & sea foam are also quite nice, but man, what a lot of work to do the job right in changing color. I've always wanted to see one in ice blue metallic.
Maybe Biarritz since the interior looks black, and you live in TX. Don't know about your top color. It is possible to stay within the Porsche palette and still have something fun (sports car), unusual (yours) and classy(Porsche).
