I had to replace my O rings as well. They just get mushed down after awhile and don't do their job. If you feel your horn is overly sensitive, perhaps you should ask what's bothering her and how your periodically pushing her around makes her feel.

haha! That's just it. I never use the horn. I guess it started feeling neglected.
