Can you ID my wheels?

I bought my car about 5 months ago. This is my first Porsche. I am so addicted to this car. It's an 04S with 73,000 miles. I have spent a lot of money on it in the short time that I have owned it and I want to spend more.

My question to you is this: are these rims Boxster rims? I don't see them on too many Boxsters, and I saw a post about them being Cayman rims. Can anybody help me out here?

Lastly, I need the 1-800 number for Porsche addicts. The only numbers I have right now in my contact list are: #1 - Woody, #2 - Pelican Parts, #3 - Pedro, #4 - Suncoast Porsche.

Those are the standard 17" wheels that came on 2001 and 2002 base Boxsters. Your car should've come with the 18" Carrera lightweight 5-spoke wheels if I recall correctly.

I know cause those came on my 01, and I changed them to 18" wheels later on...

Carrera II wheels were an option in 03 & 04.

17" Boxster S II wheels were standard on the S in '03 and '04. The 18" wheels and SportClassics were options.

As stated your wheels are from 01 and 02. Personally I like them better, and have them on my 03 base as well.

Those are my favorite Boxster wheels and are indeed 2001-2002 factory wheels. I have 2 1/2 sets for my race car. They are somewhat hard to find (for a mass produced car) as they were only available for two years and many new buyers opted for the upgrade 18" wheels.
