Turn Signals / Hazzard Flasher Not Working

Hi everyone:

At 3 different times today, my turn signals and emergency flashers stopped working. I checked the fuses and they are OK. All the other electrics seem to work OK too.

I'm looking for some suggestions as to what the other causes might be. Any suggestions welcome

The relay in question is behind the hazard lights switch (emergency flasher, as you call it). I know because mine went bad on me after I pulled it out two days ago. Fortunately, I had a spare.
