Interior door storage tray

There is a rod that goes thru the hinges. I pushed the pin out to take the covers off. The spring goes on the back of the hinge towards the back of the door.

Hey Tommy thanks. I put some additional light on that tray and noticed that there is a section of plastic that snapped off back there where the spring is and that is keeping the tray from gently snapping into place. Off to find a replacement. Woody do you hear me? 😀
