CEL code interpretation

Hi Guys
Can anybody assist in deciphering my CEL code please?
It is; "P1457 A/C Compressor Control - Below Lower Limit"
Could this be simply that the refrigerant charge is low or is it something more complicated?

OK, most likely candidate is a wiring short to ground on the AC compressor clutch circuit. Check the control wire of the AC relay (pin 2 or terminal 85) for a short circuit to ground. If it is shorted, you are going to need to trace the harness looking for the short.
