Porsche Carrera Cup 2015 (Shanghai) with pics

What a nice day at the circuit. Hosted by Porsche Asia... wife, good mate Andy and I Fancy buffet, champagne, what else.... Porsche goodies (key ring, A genuine Porsche Carrera Cup FLAG!!!!!! yea, that's right)

Everybody was a winner if you ask me! What an amazing Cup car this year (PDK, lighter, wider F&R slick tires... to name a few).

Those were taken on the grid, just before the race start... "e v e r y b o d y" was nervous LOL was funny, but so refreshing!














^ less than a minute before the start - and off they went!

Found these while roaming the pit lane... not sure what those things are. Looks like expansive go-karts to me loll My wife said she wants one... she needs to replace her hair dryer she told me

Porsche Motorsports, rare you'll see a regular Porsche enthusiast elaborating on some of their in-house tech (almost unknown isn't it). I really like this Asia and other Pcup series and really hope for Porsche that they'll succeed in their mission - perfecting a true GT car!

As it stands/seems... to me they are nasty piece of kit, they clock faster lap time than my 207hp HRC superbike (-7secs) and I've done a few more than two laps on that circuit :/ Huge time diff... it got to get scary, somewhere loll
