That mileage is not a plus, it's a negative. Machines aren't built to sit, they're built to run. 23,000 miles would be a big plus, 2,300 miles is a negative.

Not to mention, it's being sold by a dealer who probably has no service records or knowledge of the car's history, other than what's on CarFax. Was the car driven regularly? Even 20 miles a month? Or did it sit for 10 years in one stretch?
