I used some 3.5" Pioneers
Amazon.com : Pioneer TS-A878 3 1/2 Inch 2-Way Speakers : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics

Adding 2 3.5", decent quality speakers on both sides made a big difference in the sound over the stock 2.5" rears speakers. Well worth the time and cost.
