yup , you may need to shop a 2005+ 987.1 Boxster which added tilt to the telescopic str whl adjustment
beats me why it wasnt there to begin with , as many cars have had that tilt feature since the 1960s
Porsche prob lost quite a few " tall or big guy " 986 Boxster new car buyers the first 8 production years and even now at resale
