Integrity for a small business is NOT a thing of the past, we have all read posts on this forum that amply demonstrate this where indies and dealers fix their errors, fix other people's errors, do free stuff, etc. It is only a thing of the past at some businesses that don't understand that their reputation and loyalty to them are based on fairness, service, value and quality.

I work as a small business coach / consultant and can state that many small businesses understand that concept and practice it constantly. In working with businessowners for 20 years, good or excellent companies thrive on the lack of integrity of others. Those that don't get it... don't get it and they suffer for their ignorance as evidenced by the comments on this thread.
