Thank you for the answers. Yes, precisely it is the tiny LED at the inner door handle.
I think I caused the issue as I left the car parked in the garage with the keys in the ingition (in OFF position of course) and unlocked. I hooked a battery tender to it yesterday and locked it with a remote key. The tiny LED's stayed ON for a while... not sure how long but when I went back to check on it in couple of hours, they were turned off. Interesting and weird at the same time.
