986 in BC Registered User Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Canada Posts: 7	I just had the same problem. After leaving the car in the garage for only two weeks the battery is dead and the remote opener won't work. When the door locks it also locks the handles for the hood, trunk and fuel filler.
