durametric. camshaft deviation

Hi
got a questions for durametric gurus
just used it first time and went right away to see my deviation values
so
camshaft deviation 1 is solid 6.0
camshaft deviation 2 is solid 0
on #2 it says US only
I'm running ROW flash on my 3.4 swap
what does it mean for me?
Should I just ignore #2?
Should I be worry about #1 being on threshold?

Also shows two codes
1124 and 1126
but I'm running only after cat O2s and these are less than 100 miles new. Bosh

What do you think?

ROW engines do not have bank #2 cam pos. sensor so nothing to read.

#1 deviation is probably due to worn cam chain wear pads so replace A.S.A.P

be sure to check the camshaft deviation when the motor isat full operating temperature. The camshaft deviation will vary according with temperature. But 6 is the limit for camshaft deviation.
