Keep getting CEL need some help

Recently I have replaced my AOS and cleaned my throttle body completely. The two codes that lead me to believe my AOS did not come back so that problem was solved. The only code that was left was P0153 ageing O2 sensor. Last night I replaced the precat sensor on the passenger side. This morning I went to work and all was fine no codes. This evening my CEL came back on and now the codes are P0410 P1411 and P0153. Now I know the 2 first codes have something to do with vacuum but they only appeared since I changed the sensor and also why am I still getting P0153 the sensor is new.
Can a faulty 02 sensor cause theses codes. I am sure I put all the vacuum hoses back where they belong and I can here the air pump working on start up.

The P0410/1411 are related to the secondary air system (both banks), implausible signal.

For the O2 sensor problem, try swapping the forward sensor (that you just replaced) with the forward sensor on bank 1, and drive the car a while to see what happens -- see if the fault moves to the other bank (B1). There could be a problem with the new sensor you bought -- it's happened before to people.

check the plastic tube that guides the oil dipstick into the engine block. That tube has a tendancey to fracture during aos replacement and allow vacuum to leak in.
