Pops in the exhaust during warm up

im thinking i might have a bad MAF sensor, but wanted to see what you all thought before i replaced it. I get pops and the smell of gas during warm up, so i know im running rich, but then it is fine once the idle comes back down and is warmed up. Am i right in thinking MAF sensor, or an i missing something? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

If possible, check the codes with Porsche capable scanner before buying parts to this issue.
Could well be the pre-cat O2 sensor(s) being bad.
