I did look into all the used engine options but it seemed that it would end up costing 7 or 8 thousand for one of them to be put in and they could go any time after that.Now this engine,from what I heard is made better and will last a very long time as it is direct from porsche and different from the defective design.

Frank why didnt you go with an "S" engine or a 3.4L?

I believe my engine does not have e-gas or maybee it's the other way around but all the other engines use it and it would be difficult to convert.That is what I read in other posts.So,i I just chose to go stock even though I would love to have a 3.2

Hi,

Yep, you're correct, the eGas (Drive-by-Wire) Engine is no easy swap! You also have to change the Accelerator, Fuel and Evac Systems in addition to the DME - OUCH!

BTW, Congrats on getting it all sorted out (I'm sure your current issue will be an easy fix). Now would be a good time to change your Fuel Filter so your new Engine doesn't accumulate a lot of Gunk and gets lots of good Fuel Pressure. About $40 and it's a fairly easy DIY project...
