Check Engine Light went on again

My check engine light came on a few weeks ago and I got code P0153 I know this means my O2 sensor was probably going bad. I did some tests and reset the codes then a week later the light came back on this time I got 3 different codes. P0507 P0128 and P0130 I was wondering if this means my )2 sensor has gone bad now. I noticed the car idles high now but still runs fine except for idling too high. I would appreciate some imput from the knowledgable guys on this forum.

Porsche P0507 OBD/DLC Error Code - Idle Air Control System RPM Higher Than Expected

Plug those codes into this site. They give good info.

Vacuum leak. Check the MAF value and the fuel trims. If the MAF flow is low and the trims are near max rich, then its pretty likely its a vacuum leak.
