Who on here can help me dial in an amp?

I have a RF amp under the hood and a Kenwood deck.

At 29 (volume) the sound cuts out right where you would crank it. I have the Bose package and the big sub box behind the seats on top. I assume it's the amp that cuts it out? Does the 'loud' feature on the deck help?

There are way too many adjustment and selector switches for me to even start to play with it. I'm not a car audio guy..
