Replacement Headlights Make Car Look New

I bought a set of used 2003 Boxster S non-Litronic headlights from AD93 and all I can say is WOW! I installed them on the 996 and it looks like a new car. The original lights had yellowed and clouded so badly that it made the entire car look aged.

I plan to have my original set professionally refurbished to clear and then list them here on the Forum so someone else can bring back the youth in their lights and car (and get rid of that horrid yellow at the bottom!).

No need to label the "before" and "after" photos, easy to see the difference.

Yes, lights make an amazing difference. It's a shame modern lights yellow so easily.

I got new factory Lits after being backed into. $3200 per side and man, they really make the car.

I also replaced my burnt halogens / amber turn signals with Litronics / clear signals. Along with my white center stop lights and white / red rear turn signals the car looks much newer than a 2001. I have had a few people ask me what year my Boxster is and they are always amazed when I tell then its a 13 year old car.

I bought a pair of Hella headlight assemblies from Amazon.com this spring for my 2000 base, approx. $470.00 ea.
Car looks much better. Not to mention greatly improved night vision.
