My first oil analysis

Got my first oil analysis from Blackstone and from their comments all is good.
I don't really understand the impact of the different metals and elements in the oil

When I bought the car, they had just changed the oil with Castrol Edge 0w-40. I now have Mobil One 0w-40 in it

Can anyone shed some light on the report and what I should be looking for or if there is something that is not right?

Immediately replace your motor! Danger, danger!

Just kidding. You have absolutely great numbers. Nothing to worry about. Just keep on changing the oil at 3-5 k miles.

Why does the oil filter look like? Any metal?

Well I did cut the filter open and to my surprise I did find something in it

Lots of oil, nothing else. No metal or plastic bits, just plain old oil
