Front number / license plate fixing.....

Afternoon all, just wondered....... on the front bumper of the non S Boxster, there's a large empty blank space that's just the right size for our UK plates..... yet we fix them to the edge of the bumper.....anyone attached a plate to this space with pics.....??

Same position as you mention, no holes in the front and doesn't spoil the body lines
