need help front bumper cover

I removed the 2 top cover screws and the side marker screws and 5 bottom cover screws.I pulled and pulled and pulled and pulled and cannot get the cover to move.Did I miss some hidden screw somewhere?

you get the black plastic plugs in the wheel wells out... right behind side marker light on wheel well edge once you get the liner lose there is one screw behind there

There are screws you access by removing the wheel liners. Did you remove these?

Those suckers messed me up for a good 20 minutes!
