What to do about my seats

I am curious what others are thinking out there....

My 2000 has Savannah leather and I plan on keeping it bone stock. The passenger seat is perfect, but the driver's seat is starting to wear. I have a tear starting in the seat cushion. I want to get it redone, but to match would probably need to do both seats. So far, I see that this is looking like an expensive proposition - $2-3k.

I have not seen seats very available in the used market, but I have only found any at all on Ebay. Any one know of any other sources to check?

I am an old school 80's Porschephile....I remember the ultra-premium sheepskin craze back then....any revival? I had sheepskin covers on my 300k mile hi-performance Miata and loved them....all you P guys gonna shun me if I go that route?
