Garage
Mine was similar the first time I opened it.
Just a light layer of dust. No grime or oil seepage anywhere that I could see.

I pulled the front cover for the first time a couple of months ago while attempting to repair my secondary air injection fault and found that things looked just as nice from that angle

garage kept in SoCal, no extreme weather. Not surprising.

Hence why SoCal cars are the first you should buy when Porsche shopping.
But maybe not too close to the beach.
