Creaking Noise When I Turn The Wheel

Well the title pretty much sums it up, I noticed this sounds a few weeks ago the first time and I have heard it a half dozen times since. Ive only heard it when driving slow and turning the wheel. It sounds like the hull of an old ship groaning. I'm guessing a strut or a bearing. Anyone heard something like this before? Any idea's or suggestion.

You can hear it best at the end

Garage
Searching will give you more info
For me it is right side front. I have to squirt WD40 into the lower control arm bearing boot every so often
