I was thinking that there are about 4000 members on 986forum.com. If everybody would send me a check for $3100 we could all go in on it together. I would graciously volunteer that it be stored in my garage.

I'm in - I'll graciously volunteer to drive it. I promise to pass along my experiences so ya'll can enjoy your purchase vicariously through me.

own a new 2006 Boxster for $25,000!!!

On the lines of this idea....I have another.

I live in Ohio and I'm looking for a new 3rd vehicle (the vehicle I pamper and
only drive on non-rain days). I would normally store the vehicle in my garage
from November - April. So I got to thinkin, if I could find someone from the south
who would drive the car from October-April...then I could drive it from May-Sept!!
We'd be cutting costs in half!!

Any takers???

I heard he was letting it go for half price.... You pick the half.

Yeah, but for $110 per member, I could happily house this little number for the group.
