Ever get this code?

Just today. I can look it up later but figured I would see if anyone has seen it. Isn't bank 1/2 a drivers side / passenger side thing? On my truck it's pre -post cats.

Mine has given the same code twice now. It actually came up on my way to the shop where my car is now. They want to replace the cat converter for 1500 dollars-car idles and runs fine. Not sure what I'm going to do

It means that the O2 sensor downstream (so the o2 sensor after the cat) is sensing improper readings. This could be due to cat issues, air leak (like loose gas cap) or the sensor itself is flakey... If its reading correctly it could be a number of things...BUT... I would try a simple swap of the rear O2 sensors, clear the code and see if the problem moves to the other bank. Bank 1 should be the passenger side, Bank 2 should be the driver side...
Others may have a better solution :-)
