Ride height on H&R springs

People often ask what the ride height is with these springs (I was one of them!). Here they are freshly fitted to my car. Not sure if they will settle any lower, but is a pretty nicely judged height as it is. Have seen it said that you lose the rake with H&R springs. Not sure, but seems like I have maintained a little rake.

In my opinion you have near perfect ride height from a looks standpoint. How does it ride ? Can you provide some details ( parts used ) ?

Ride is definitely firmer and crashier. Fine for me, hard to say what others would think. Certainly not really dramatic, but definitely noticeable.

I used M030 RoW shocks and roll bars, H&R springs.

Also changed all four coffin arms (Meyle) and the long rear forked arms (TRW).

Can't comment much on the handling as the geo hasn't been done and it's miles out of whack, but it feels promising for road use. Lots of the body movement has gone. But doubt it will really be tight enough / sharp enough to really satisfy on track.

By any chance did you take a before and after measurement from the top of the wheelwells to the ground ? I'm curious how much these springs are lowering the height ? Car looks good by the way.

Here are a couple of before pics - the car was a Euro / RoW on standard (ie not M030).

Was roughly a 25 to 30mm drop I think.

Before pic...ready for some off-roading! I will need to refer to my notes for before/after measurements...IIRC, it was approx 1.5" drop.

You guys that have performed this spring switch how is the daily driving ? Are these considered " progressive " springs ? And how is the lowered stance in regards to driveway angles ? Any problem bottoming out ? You are installing these springs on stock shocks/struts correct ? Are you changing the bump stops ? And finally are you doing a four wheel alignment ? If yes is it to factory spec or something different ? Sorry for all the newbie questions.
