Standard UK spec S to UK sourced M030 = better handling. Forget about ROW naming if you are buying in Europe.

There are four variations

USA
USA M030
RoW
RoW M030

(RoW = Rest of World, or not USA!)

M030 is the sport version of whichever of the two main variations you're dealing with.

As about, don't worry too much about USA vs RoW. For you it's standard vs M030.

The Americans care about the RoW stuff because the USA suspension rides higher.

Unfortunately we Canadians get the same suspensions as the USA so it's:
NA
NA M030
ROW
ROW M030
Not sure about South America...
