Please educate the unwashed. MO30 vs. ROW suspension?
I tried to figure this out by searching but am still left with a question: for a Germany-spec car like mine (so a ROW car in other words) what is the difference between the base suspension and the MO30? Are the USA and ROW base suspensions the same, with MO30 the sport upgrade, or are we talking about 3 variations being USA, ROW, and MO30? :confused:

Standard UK spec S to UK sourced M030 = better handling. Forget about ROW naming if you are buying in Europe.

There are four variations
USA USA M030 RoW RoW M030 (RoW = Rest of World, or not USA!) M030 is the sport version of whichever of the two main variations you're dealing with. As about, don't worry too much about USA vs RoW. For you it's standard vs M030. The Americans care about the RoW stuff because the USA suspension rides higher. |
[QUOTE=pothole;376300]There are four variations

Great, now I know. I'm very happy with my ride height and handling, but you guys know how fascination with mods can get a guy thinking. :rolleyes:
Thanks for the info! http://evan.com/boxster/Box_Tallerbox-13.jpg |
Does that mean you can take a bath now?

LOL, I believe it does. Or just put the top down and air myself out. :dance:

Curious: does having the package that has the ricaro seats (with the painted silver interior from factory) mean I have the upgraded suspension?

Am I understanding it right that an "S"-model will come with USA MO30 or RoW MO30 from the factory?
